Advantage Services is your 24/7, 365 days per year single source provider for all of your Housekeeping, Laundry and food services needs. Whether you need a one time service call for a housekeeping project or an ongoing program for Housekeeping, Laundry or Food Service, look to put the "Advantage" team on your side.
Laundry services consist of two main areas; first is laundering of residents clothing and uniforms and the second area is linen service. Linen service is comprised of laundering our clients’ sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels and other textiles used in the facility. Laundry and housekeeping personnel often overlap as the hiring, training and work actions are similar. We want to ensure that our personnel in housekeeping and laundry are cross trained to provide maximum flexibility in scheduling of personnel. This will provide the client a well trained staff and reduce the clients overall costs.
Our quality assurance program is based on an interactive software program called Cleantelligent®. This program is based on inspecting, reporting, fulfilling and confirming of tasks needed to be accomplished. The client now has a way of placing a work order through Cleantelligent®, receive a response and a means of tracking status of completion. Through on-site and off-site management teams we will continue to train our employees to ensure cost containment, conduct employee evaluations and work with our clients to meet their objectives
