One of the most visible services in any building is the cleanliness of the facility. We take great pride in delivering "best of practices" cleaning solutions to our clients. Our housekeeping services starts with the basics of cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of common areas and residents rooms. Our quality assurance program is based on an interactive software program called Cleantelligent®.
This program is based on inspecting, reporting, fulfilling and confirming of tasks needed to be accomplished. The client now has a way of placing a work order through Cleantelligent®, receive a response and a means of tracking status of completion. Once awarded an account we will interview the current employees and new potential employees and with the clients input hire as many of the current employees. After the hiring process we will train all the employees in safe handling of the cleaning detergents and set the standard for the tasks to be completed. Through on-site and off-site management teams we will continue to train our employees to ensure cost containment, conduct employee evaluations and work with our clients to meet their objectives.
